A self-taught learner, I’ve picked up skills like app building, database management, and multiple Adobe products, always finding ways to maximize my own human resource and deliver real results.

 

I’m also a seasoned strategic planner, having guided teams of 1 to 20 through the process with a streamlined approach I designed myself—blending strategic planning with results-based accountability (RBA) to keep things fast, engaging, and outcome-focused. As an RBA-certified professional, I prioritize measurable impact over process.

 

With 10 years as a program supervisor, I lead with servant leadership and authenticity, taking the time to understand what inspires and fulfills my teams so I can empower them with the right tools to succeed.
